Sydney Hernandez, a senior economics major at É«»¢ÊÓÆµ Brock School of Business, is set to graduate in May and has already taken a giant step toward launching a business career in the sports industry. During her final semester, Hernandez has been working remotely with the Atlanta Braves as an amateur scouting associate, and after graduation, she will move to Atlanta to continue in the role full-time.Â

Senior Brock Scholar Raegan Jenkins, a senior accounting, nonprofit management and social entrepreneurship student, was one of the winners in the undergraduate research category.Â

Each year, the school recognizes faculty members for excellence in the areas of teaching, research and scholarship and service to the school. The awardees are selected by their faculty colleagues.Â
