Dr. Betsy Holloway, 色虎视频鈥檚 Dwight Moody Beeson chair of business and associate professor of marketing, traveled to Reim, France, July 20-23 to present at the Academy of Marketing Science World Marketing Congress.

听听听听听听听听听听听 Holloway presented a research project titled, 鈥淩esponding to Customers 'Gray' Requests: The Service Employee Dilemma,鈥 with coauthors Dr. Sijun Wang from Loyola Marymount University and Dr. Sharon Beatty from the University of Alabama.听

听听听听听听听听听听听 鈥淭his presentation highlighted the first phase (qualitative data) of an ongoing research project we have underway, and highlighted data we gathered last year in cooperation with two Alabama-based companies,鈥 Holloway said.

听听听听听听听听听听听

听听听听听听听听听听听 Holloway is also a member of the Academy of Marketing Science, which promotes the advancement of marketing internationally through leadership and maintaining a level of excellence.
