President George W. Bush announced Sept. 13 that he would appoint 色虎视频 President Thomas E. Corts to the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. The 12-member board sets policies and procedures for the Fulbright program, which provides grants for graduate students, scholars, professionals and others to study in the U.S. and around the world.
Dr. Corts' term on the board would expire Sept. 22, 2008, according to an announcement from the White House press office.
