As a Student Worker in Athletics Marketing & Communications, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of NCAA Division I sports while gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, public relations, and multimedia production. Opportunities Available in:
• Graphic Design: Assist in creating visually compelling graphics for social media, promotional materials, and game day assets.
• Public Relations: Help develop press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to promote É«»¢ÊÓƵ Athletics events and initiatives.
• Advertising: Contribute to the creation and implementation of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Writing: Craft engaging content for social media posts, website articles, and marketing collateral.
• Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of sporting events, practices, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Video & Photo Editing: Edit and enhance multimedia content to tell compelling stories and engage our audience.
• Social Media Marketing: Assist in managing and growing É«»¢ÊÓƵ Athletics' social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Live In-Venue Sports Production: Contribute to the planning and execution of in-game entertainment and promotions.
• Sports Marketing: Support initiatives to increase fan engagement, ticket sales, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Live Sports Broadcast Production: Gain experience in various roles including directing, producing, on-air reporting, play-by-play, and color analysis.
• And More: Opportunities to explore additional areas of interest within the realm of sports marketing and communications.

Federal Work/Study earnings will be paid biweekly in the form of a check or direct deposit payable to the student. This award does not credit to the account of the student as payment toward University charges.

*NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY*

• Strong creativity and passion for sports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography principles.*
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.*
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
