Fulbright Muslim scholar Saban Ali Duzgun of the University of Ankara, Turkey, will speak at 色虎视频 Tuesday, Nov. 6, at 3 p.m. in Brooks Hall 134. His topic will be "Globalization, Minority Groups, and Religious Pluralism."
A theology professor, Dr. Duzgun serves as editor of the online Journal of Theological Research and associate editor of the Periodical of Divinity Faculty at the University of Ankara.
He lectured at Gregorian University in Rome, Italy, during 1999-2000 and was a visiting fellow at Woodstock Theological Center of Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., during 2003-2004. He holds bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees from Ankara.
Duzgun's lecture is part of the 10th anniversary celebration of 色虎视频's core curriculum.
